Classification Performance of a Novel Hydraulic Classifier Equipped with a W-Shaped Reflector

In the present research, we propose use of a novel hydraulic classifier equipped with W-shaped reflector to enhance classification performance. The effects structural dimensions on flow field and its performance were investigated using numerical simulations experiments. results demonstrate that reflection in return feed material back cavity. After this, materials are mixed rising water order avoid settlement particles. Thus, particles can stay longer cavity, facilitating generation suspension bed effectively improving efficiency accuracy. Our data indicates overall embedded was 11.19% higher than traditional classifier. provide reference for optimization.
